Fleur de peau is my favourite perfume by Diptyque. The leather in this perfume reminds me off the note in Tenue de Soirée by Goutal. I really like these fragrances ❤

Eau Capital, Fleur de Peau, Vetyverio, Eau de Minthe, Tam Dao, L’ombre dans l’eau, and Oud Palao…I wear those a lot. Benjoin Boheme is fantastic…I love it and , maybe, will get a bottle one day. I love this house. Great overview. Your reviews are fantastic. Thanks!

Geranium odorota is an underrated gem for me! I don’t love rose, but the woody spicy geranium is wonderful. Glad to see it get a shout out

Hey Tara! I do love Diptyque candles and fragrances. My favorite candles are feu de bois, narguille and oud. I always have one on standby. My favorite fragrances are eau duelle, do son, the geranium one, oud palao and volutes.

I also have Fleur de Peau! I love it so much. I also get the ambrette note, for me, it smells like a vegetal musky note. Very underrated and pretty.

Love Diptyque! My favs are 34 St Germain edp , Lombre dans Leau edt, Tam Dao edt. And I love Baies and Ambre candles :)

I've only smelled Philosykos and I was surprised with how much I like it. You described it perfectly. It's the whole fig tree. I've been very curious about Eau Duelle because I've heard a lot about it. Thanks for running through several of their fragrances.

Tam dao edp and fleur de peau are some of my favorites. Love ambrette. Not sure if you’ve tried n18, but I think that’s one of the best representations of ambrette in perfume. For me ambrette is dry, musky, medicinal, and smells like raspberry liqueur. So good!

I love Fleur de Peau so much, on my nose it smells like a baby. Not baby products, not baby powder, not baby lotion, but an actual human baby (newborn-7/8 months ish before they consume soft foods). A newborn that’s freshly bathed, put on baby & hair lotion, some eucalyptus baby oil to keep them warm, and mix with their skin scent = Fleur de Peau. I live in Southeast Asia and all of my nieces & nephews smell like this. Sometimes I let them sniff this and tell them ‘this is how you smell when you were just born’ 😂 I also love Eau Duelle, 34 BSG and Do Son edt. Do son edt smells like a 5stars boutique hotel lobby where I used to work at. It smells so good! Tamdao is nice, but I wish it’s a little bit smokier

Hi Tara! 🥰 Your overview took me down memory lane. I’ve always liked Diptyque because they’re readily available at Nordstrom, have great spray samples (and the SA’s are always generous), and the aesthetic is clean and classy. I’ve owned several bottles and many candles, and the candles make great gifts. Such a nice brand for someone wanting to explore past the mainstream brands, but not all the way to niche. You know I’m always copying your fashion… I’ve tried finding your beautiful red blouse online but it wasn’t immediately obvious. Please, I must find it! 🙏🏽 A hint? 🤓

I got the Discovery Set for Christmas and my reaction to Do Son was the same as yours. So far love the fig one the best. Still have two more to try.

A great house with a great deal of history. My favorites are the earlier generation scents, sadly relegated to lower or rear shelves in boutiques: L'Eau, L'Eau Trois, L'Autre, Eau Lente. One from the earlier years that still endures in popularity is L'Ombre Dans L'Eau, one of the earliest fragrances in production to use a proprietary cassis base. Diptyque was certainly ahead of the curve!

I really enjoy Orpheon and eau rose but my #1 is eauduelle edp hands down ❤️❤️

One of my favorite houses. Eau Duelle and volutes I rebuy always. 34 is good too. I like it in the EDT though. The candles are nice especially as decor but admittedly Dont last as well as many of my less expensive ones

Tam dao is one I have had for years. Its my favorite one of the house.

My favorites from Diptyque are Eau Capitale, Volutes and Eau des Sens but I love also Fleur de Peau, 34 Boulevard Saint Germain, Eau de 34, Benjoin Boheme, Eau Duelle.

34 BSG is my Diptyque love, and I really, really liked Fleur de Peau too. I think it's tuberose in the 34 bsg that gives it that green floral.

My faves are Fleur de Peau, Tam Dao and Tempo

I love Diptyque but I love Dior Balade Sauvage for a fig fragrance it’s absolutely beautiful on the skin.

Eau Duelle EDT is very vanilla gin & tonic, or vanilla martini, unsweetened. Very fresh and piney.

does Eau Duelle smell like Angelique Noir to you? It kinda does to me

I dont like Do Son either. Smells like funeral parlor flowers. I thought my just passed Granny was haunting me it turned out my cousin was using this at the burial we were at
