Do I need a root canal if there is pain in tooth after direct root capping?? Will antibiotics help to cure the pain? There is no infection in my tooth. Please reply. It will help me a lot 🙏
I didn't have infection and my nerve was vital. It was however close to the nerve which became exposed during laser. I think he did this to hide the fact that the nerve was hit going so close. It got urgent mid procedure but he never told me it ended up in this until I asked why I couldn't see the squished nerve between two fillings in my next x-ray, and no surface nerve at al. His response was sometimes the nerve recedes. In two weeks?? Most importantly, I had no pain with that deep carie all through lock down until surgery. Clove oil works for pain though, and Advil.
For adults??! I mean I never heard of any alternatives to full root canal treatments for adults in the U.S. Which I really don’t want if there are alternatives that could work…
