I AM VERY GLAD FOR GOODEXPANATION OF WHO YOU ARE ,AND WHAT YOU DO. FOR SURE I REALY DESIRE SO MUCH TO BE ONE OF AVANT NURSES.I AM STILL WORKING ON MY APPLICATION HOPPING THAT I WILL BE CONSIDERED.THANKS
How long are the contracts? What if you cannot sit the NCLEX due to CGFSN evaluation? Can you sit the NCLEX before applying and how?... I dont feel you provide the full information. We no what to do after, but how do we sit the NCLEX to begin with when some evaluation companies wont accept UK nurses? It would be nice to know beforehand.
I have been approved as a registered nurse who work in the operating theatre and I have just completed my documentation stage. So I am hoping to start the nclex training soon. After watching this video, I feel is a blessing to be part of the Avant family. I am a proud member of the family.
Ma'am I am an Indian born BSc Nurse recently cleared NCLEX RN ,Florida board.I am currently working in Kuwait ministry of Health. I have a total experienceof 15 year's.....Can you please help me for taking priority date 🙏🙏 ..
Hi! Do you also cover NCLEX travel expenses such as (visa to Dubai, plane ticket, accommodation) if my location does not have a testing center? I’m a Filipino RN who is educated here in Bahrain and we do not have NCLEX testing site here.
Hi there! Yes we do! We have a fully sponsored NCLEX program which includes flight to take the exam and comprehensive review program. We encourage you to apply so our recruitment team can discuss further! Apply here: hubs.la/Q01JQkPZ0
I intend to apply but I was told that Avant don't recruit nurses who have experience in opthalmic nursing specialty, that's discouraged me to use Avant. I'm a competent and professional Nurse and wished I could enjoy working with you but ... ..
We appreciate you may be disappointed but it doesn't mean you can't qualify in the future. Follow the steps our team has emailed you. Wishing you all the best!
But direct hire gives you a good amount of time for orientation as a new grad or foreign trained nurse. The problem I have learnt from agencies is that when they get you a job, the hospital expects you to get the ground running cos they expect u know what u re doing. I see that as risking one’s license. A new grad or foreign trained nurse needs at least 4 months orientation before settling to work independently.
That's why it's important to work with an agency that provides comprehensive clinical preparation prior to working on assignment. At Avant, we offer a clinical preparation program, a clinical transitions program, and RNs do go through orientation with our clients. Nurses are also assigned a Nurse Manager from our team that serves as the liaison between the nurse and the our client. Our support continues throughout the contract term.
Thank you for the detailed video,if I come to USA using Avant, you mentioned that there is a 5 week program in Orlando,if im planning to come with my family will they be staying with me during this time or they will only join me once Im at my work location?
Hello, thank you for your interest in Avant! For the 5-week transitions program, Avant nurses stay in our corporate apartments. But this is only for the nurses. Many nurses have their families join them after they have spent a few months working in the US. And some bring their families with them and figure out their accommodations during the 5 week transition. We discuss this in detail with you during the interview process.
In the case of direct recruitment, what is the guarantee that the hospital or facility will not stop the process at any stage of the procedure and that the applicant has lost money and time and has to start with a new client from scratch?
Thank you for this video, I am really interested in applying with Avant but got discouraged with the requirement of experience with hospital with 80 beds. But I have six years experience with a private secondary hospital setting but dont have much beds. Please help clarify. I am Mabel from Nigeria
I feel motivated to apply to your agency Haven listen to this rich information on the activities of Avant recruitment agency. My question is; Is age limit factor for possible employment?
Well explained, thank you so much. My first time to hear such a clear and transparent guide. I'm very interested in joining Avant.Iam a Diploma holding Registered Nurse from South Africa. Please assist.
Hey, could you tell me what LEGAL information that I need to know if I will be starting a direct hire agency. By doing this I won't have general liability insurance, workers comp, PEO software, etc. I can't find on google anywhere what are the LEGAL requirements to start a direct hire agency, and this is literally the only thing that matters in my opinion. Do I need a certain liscense? I know to register my LLC, get EIN, and register in the states I'm doing business in, but I need to know the other legal implications that I need to actually START this business. Thank you
I'm Mary I did study a diploma in clinical medicine and surgery for 3yrs and 1 year internship . I then advanced and did Higher national diploma in reproduction health for 2 years. Can I get recruited to work as a health care assistant in USA?

Hi.i am an Enrolled nurse and am very much interested. Means i have studied for 2 years .i believe its a seniors carer in your country. I am very much interested.
Hello, thank you for your interest in Avant. We are unable to assist Enrolled nurses, only Registered Nurses. To test for the NCLEX-RN exam, one's education must meet US requirements (i.e., equivalent to a first-level nursing degree in the US). To practice in the positions we are recruiting for, you must be licensed and working as an RN. We appreciate your inquiry and wish you the best in your endeavors.
I have done bsc nursing from India and having 3 years experience in ICU .I want to know do I need to clear NCLEX RN exam on my own self .after completing can I contact you for job .
Hello, we are offering a special program for Indian RNs. You do not need to have passed the NCLEX to apply for our program, we are able to assist with this if you meet our clinical requirements. For more info go here: welcome.avanthealthcare.com/india-h1b-promo
Hello! In order to work in the United States as a Registered Nurse you will need to take the NCLEX Exam & IELTS. In order to apply to our program, you DO NOT need to have taken NCLEX or IELTS prior to applying. We have a fully sponsored NCLEX program as well as an English Program to help you prepare for both exams as you will need them for Visa Screen purposes.
You are welcome to apply, however, we are not processing adjustment of status cases so would not be able to assist you in converting your visitors visa to a green card.
Thank you for your interest! However, we currently cannot assist those already located in the U.S. as we are not taking any adjustment of status cases at this time.
It's always great to hear the name Avant. My application is still in process but I can't wait to join you. I wish you all the best day for joyful work !!
We are happy to note down your preferred state, however, ultimately the decision is Avant's based on job openings at the time of placement. We do our best to place you where you want to be - but this is not guaranteed so we do require flexibility when it comes to placement. We are able to place you outside of the state you tested NCEX through, by endorsing your license.
Great! You need to hold an RN license, and have at least 6 months working experience in a hospital. Please apply if you meet our requirements! Apply here: hubs.la/Q01JQkPZ0
Thanks so much Leslie, this is the best video about recruitment agency vs direct hire that I have seen in recent time. Thank you. I am a Registered Nurse RN from Nigeria, I have BNSc certificate.;I have more than 2years experience I love to apply to avant, but you require experience in 80+ bed hospital, I work in government secondary facility In my country, the bed is not up to 80. Can I still apply
If you have completed the nclex on your own is the contract still three years?? Do the agency pay nurses overtime? If I have a particular interest later on is it possible to have the opportunity to have the necessary on the job training? eg ICU nursing
Hello, the contract for NCLEX passers is 5,200 hours. You are able to work overtime. There are opportunities to float to other units or cross train but this is based on the facility/ needs. We are happy to answer more of your questions. Please apply to our program if you meet the requirements.
1.Thanks for the video, I am from Rwanda and I have an advanced diploma in Nursing(3years of courses) with 3 years of working experience in hospital of 300 bed, do I qualify for applying with you? 2. Is there any cost before or after starting the process? Thanks
Thanks for reaching out! 1. We encourage you to apply and our recruitment team can review your qualifications. You can apply here now: hubs.la/Q01JQkPZ0 2. There is no cost or fee to apply before or after the starting the process
We currently require an MPT or DPT, FCCPT Type 1 Certificate, NPTE completed, visa screen, and at least 2 years of PT experience in order to apply as a Physiotherapist!
How long the contract will be , when the contract finishes at one point do we have the chance to extend. Moreover, if I’m a nurse in UK with Permanent Residency ( PR) do I have to do IELTS exam .
Hello, the contract is based in hours. It is typically about 3 years. Before your contract ends you should have the opportunity to become direct staff with the hospital and our team will talk with you about this. As for needing IELTS, it is a requirement for the US so it would be required.
Ethical recruitment agencies, like Avant do provide salary increases each year and offer competitive salary and benefits packages to nurses. The pay is based on the prevailing wage in the area in which the nurses' job placement is.
Hello, great questions. On average the contract can be between 2-3 years depending on whether you need NCLEX or not. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package. Please apply so we can provide you with more details.
Hello, that is not always the case. Keep in mind, the whole compensation and support package needs to be considered when deciding between a direct hire or recruitment agency.
That decision is up to you. Most RNs move ahead of their families to get everything settled and adjust to a new country. We review these options with you.
Hello, we ask for your top 3 preferences and do our best to get you there or as close as possible. The key to success is flexibility, though. Being open to any placement benefits you. Avant is very good at matching our nurses where they will be successful.
Hello, congrats on passing both the NCLEX and the IELTS! We offer a 5200 hour contract which is about 2.5 years. Please apply so we can discuss this further with you. Apply to Avant here: hubs.la/Q01cCp420
Hello, many Avant nurses have gone back to school while working, so it is possible. Here's a great example of one of our nurses who leveled up: origin.avanthealthcare.com/blog/healthcare-professionals/dream-become-inspire-meet-cigal-rn.stml
Thanks for reaching out! We accept applications from qualified nurses around the world. There are many factors Avant considers when reviewing applications including clinical experience and setting, the nursing shortage in the local area, and immigration policies among other factors.
Hi, I’ve already passed NCLEX, how long it would take to prepare the working visa assuming I signed a contract with you? How much is per hour rate? Thank you in advance
Hello, we ask you for your top 5 preferences and try to get you as close to there are possible. But you do have to be open and flexible on location as it is not a guarantee there will be job openings where you want to be placed.
We do! Here's an explanation of the employment based green card we file our nurses for: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-hVEobMQ5sCE.html
hello, i am from India and i recently completed my bsc nursing in the month of july 2022. am i eligible to start my application. Also i wanted to know regarding the contract thing, like if the contract ends and i still want to stay and work in the united states what do i have to do, can i still stay and extend my job if the contract ends?
Hello, congrats of completing your BSC! To qualify for the Avant program, you need to gain qualifying experience. Here's a video that explains the experience we are looking for: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-NVYuBihRiCM.html As for your question regarding the contract, we offer green card sponsorship and find you a job with one of our clients for a contracted period. Our hope would be for you to convert to direct staff with the hospital and stay with them when you complete your contract with Avant.
