Hello there, I am new to the DTF world. I just received and installed the software and ready to go. I read on one of the comments that you design on Silhouette. I would like to know; how do you export files from Silhouette studio into Pro Rip? Can you create a tutorial for that please? TIA

I’m new at this and struggling… I saved it in Canva as PDF… when I go to Procolored to pull it up it’s not there… if I go to files not going through Procolored it’s there?

You don’t design anything in the actual dtf printer pro rip software. You have to bring all of your designs over IN to the software. The software for the printer is only used for sizing and printing out your image. I just got mine and this I know. I’m just not sure how to bring my designs over from Cricut since they don’t allow you to save your designs onto your computer which doesn’t allow you to bring anything over to pro rip . 😫

i just got mine and im doing exactly what you do and when my oven is done i can see black dots on my print, any suggestion about it? thank you in advance

Not 100% sure, I’d definitely reach out to customer service. Can you see the dots on the front of the print or the back? Maybe try changing your settings in your computer to do less black ink?

Yeah it’s because it’s super cold outside right now and my oven is in my garage. It didn’t make a difference on the transfer though!!

Where are you designing from to bring images to the rip software? I use Cricut to design everything and can’t figure out how to bring those designs over to prorip since Cricut only allows you to save your designs in the software/app which sucks!

Yeah cricut doesn’t allow you to export files, technically they own them! I use silhouette studio or adobe illustrator

I just set my printer up today. When i go to print the design, the program says failure under 'status.' Any idea what I'm doing wrong?😢

Do you have the USB still plugged in? And is the power button on the left on?

I just set up my printer yesterday and mine says the same thing and yes the power button on the left is one and USB is still plugged in inorder to use the rip software. Maybe it has to be a png file?

Try to make sure images are png file and also I changed the print settings to manual print vs automatic print after rip

When you set it up the video said the light needs to be green and it should always be on. My light is not turning green it is blue. Is your light green or blue?
