The Directive Principle of the Indian Constitution that is Part IV - ranges from Article 36 to 51. We have borrowed our Directive Principle Of State Policy from Ireland. Directive Principle Of State Policy are Non-Justiciable Rights, which means that they cannot be enforced through court of law.
These Directive Principle Of State Policy lays down the Objectives and Frameworks according to which Policies and Laws should be made.
