Maam i have a doubt like how can a fresher CS benefit the company or how can a company benefit from CS Like we can say that a good CA can help the co. by saving finance and planning and all But a Co. Usually recruit CS (that too fresher) for filing work or there is something more to it Was wondering why CS fresher package lies around 50k pm and thought like why would a co. Pay more because for management, there are mbas and managers, finance = ca So what/ how can CS add value to company except for filing, compliance, drafting, BM, GM
