Thanks, James David! We actually built the moon base sets in a 2-car garage, if you'd beleive it. The hyper-wide/massive interiors were done with digital set extension. But shots like the hero sitting in the round window: that's 100% practical set built with materials we picked up from home depot (and some great antique equipment like oscilloscopes and such).
