Love this song- they get disrespected by Korean media and shows a lot, even now w/ MAMA award show on the 29th- having them perform but not nominated in any categories. Glad to know that they’ll always stand up for themselves even in their songs, but they deserve better.

You will never be disappointed with Ateez music and sound. They are above everyone else in creativity, in using instruments, in their choreography, in their performances. They are simply put it, ORIGINAL! NO one like them.

Jongho has a 6 octave range.. so far. I say so far because he regularly works with a vocal coach to increase his range and keep his skills up (like he needs to keep his skills up pfft). Space Pirate era ATEEZ! At the end they tease Fireworks (I’m the one) which didn’t release until a year later. Not the biggest jump for one of their releases but still pretty significant.

He has a vocal coach? Do all of them, or just him? Did they talk about it? We just recently were wondering if they have some kind of vocal lessons

@@VigelanteVictim I would assume they all have a vocal coach. They worked with one while in LA pre-debut to teach them breath control while dancing. As their dances become more difficult, continuing that training is probably required. Their mics are always live. Not sounding breathy is a must. Jongho specifically goes to the same vocal coach that Baekhyun (from EXO) uses. I don’t think our guys have ever said but Baekhyun had revealed it because he’s the king of spoilers and dropping secrets.

Jongho does most of them but some songs Seonghwa and San sing them. The super high and belting notes are usually Jongho. But a song like Utopia Seonghwa sing the high notes. Be With you had Seonghwa and San doing some of the runs and high notes. Just depends on the song.

you should also watch their 'its live' performances. its soooo good. theyre just sitting/standing in a room with a live band which makes it 10x better and their live vocals are sooo good!

Almost all of their song give me a pirate cadence-then again I really like pirates. Love the no thanxs i'ma do my own thing. I would consider going back to a church if the altar boy was pullin' off that move with two incense burners.
