Dr. Pepper came about while she was waiting for Diplo to arrive; he was very late or didn't show up. I believe she wrote some lyrics on a napkin or something. It's a silly nonsense song with a good beat, but I don't think anyone likes the male rapper features (I don't know if she does either; when she performs the song, they're not included) and the song is super divisive.... it's like people either hate it or love it.
