Most of my favorite TXT songs are some of their B Sides. My all-time favorite is "Farewell, Neverland". Others are Opening Sequence, Tinnitus, 20cm, Hitori no Yoru, Can't We Just Leave The Monster Alive... They have a no skip discography (well, I have to skip a couple if I'm on headphones because of one sound they use, but that's not the songs' fault, they're amazing on speakers hahaha)

The "baby brothers" of BTS who, many thought to be "too pretty" to be any good and definitely *not* in the league of BTS, only to have those naysayers totally shut down as TXT not only *bolted* immediately out of the gate, but completely *smashed* the highest expectations! Their music is themed (like a story book) - fascinating😍 [and *yes* I want to see that jacket on you too!!] Great choices SPUDS

Roscoe, I was so excited you reacted to my other favorite group TXT. Yep, that was Kai. Fun fact for you Roscoe: there was actually a clip of TXT being asked who they thought were the most good looking one in the group and they all said it was Kai. TXT performed at Lollapalooza 2022 (there's a full 34+ minutes performance video on YT) and will be headlining Lollapalooza 2023.

Was so happy when Joyce requested this song for me (Thank you again, Joyce!). This was the kpop group that caught my attention after becoming ARMY. I love the way BTS interacts with them and how both groups cheer each other on.

I am so happy I am not the only one who noticed that western m/v hold no comparison for these cats, my god to me the amount of work they put into these videos are just limbs of their craft and sometimes it is hard to hear the song without seeing flashes of the video. Growing up in the 90's I feel like that's how it used to be. Now I love that artists who are still committed to keeping this craft alive here in the u.s. often credit korean directors for inspiration. love the reaction ♡

The themes of their albums is always on point, the MV's are amazing, the songs are always perfect too!! React to "the name chapter concept trailer" please! It's the trailer they did for their latest album giving the hint on what is the theme for this one :) their trailers are always so artistic and creative too

Great song, great reaction. I think the jacket came out ok in the end, lol! I'm glad to see this junior group now coming into their own. BTS support them at every chance and you can see when they interact how much TXT members worship their senior group. Just finished watching Suchwita with two of TXT as guests, it was absolutely delightful!

I'm not a MOA but I loooooove TXT soooo much.. they are awesome.. all their songs are masterpieces.. there's a song called OX1= Lovesong (Which is my fav by them) that joonie wrote some of it for them.. I really recommend it.. 💜

I was in my early 20s when MTV began--when it really was music videos. It was a lot of experimentation with the new medium. Some of my favorites were a-ha: Take On Me (1985) ...Peter Gabriel: Sledgehammer (1986) ...Michael Jackson: Billie Jean, Beat It, Thriller (1983). Tangent: I knew one of the dancers in Beat it and Thriller. He was also one of the Solid Gold dancers (weekly network music show). During the opening scenes of my first Korean MV, (BTS' ON MV), I was so excited to find a group that understood the value of a well produced MV. Something that most western artists abandoned. Most of the music story-telling MVs were "new" artists on RU-vid (Lindsey Sterling, Todrick Hall) whose music did not fit into radio genres.

I’m so glad to see your reactions to other Kpop groups. BTS will always been my first love but I’ve really gotten into TXT and Stray kids after BTS announced their solo projects last June. TXT got a lot of crap at the beginning because of lot of people said they only got noticed cause they were the little brothers of BTS. Recently have they started to make a name for themselves recently and announced they are headlining a night of Lalapalooza this summer!

When they started out, they were mediocre. But someone at Hype or BigHit started writing them hit after hit. And gave them great choreography. And produced quality MV's. They've stepped up. Try some more of their latest. Yes. BTS and them meet up, and TXT was all shy. No more. They are getting better and better! Have you seen Enhypen? I watched ILand so I'm bonded to them all. They are impressive. On the right road to greatness, but no one will ever catch BTS. Then I watched &Audition. Another competition show. And they came up with the group called &Team. Stupidest name ever. But their quality as beginners is impressive. Check them out too. When Jhope and Jimin are doing TikToks to promote their new songs...they are choosing to dance with all their little brothers. Hybe. Marketing geniuses. BTS serving in the military. These guys all rise up a notch.

Save the blue jacket! Reminds me of my emt intern shift. We were the second ambulance on scene of a motorcycle accident. One of the first things you do when someone is loaded in the back at a serious accident is cut all their clothes off as fast as possible. And the paramedic starts yelling Save the Jacket!! So somehow as I’m at the bottom of her jeans shredding my way up, they managed to gently remove her beautiful leather jacket before I got to it. 😂

The only western artist I can think of that kinda comes close sometimes is Taylor Swift and Michael/Janet Jackson a long time ago considering what they had at that time in terms of equipment and special effects.

Music videos now on par with Kpop? Non existent. The only person I can think of is Michael Jackson and his mini movies he used to create for his songs... The song he did with Janet "Scream" that was released in 95... The video holds the record for most expensive music video ever apparently it costs like 7million

This song have a huuuuge success.... but it's not my favorite in their latest album. I like Farewell nerverland more. And Tinnitus. Maybe the latin/spanish vibes ? Like a lot of Army, I come in Txt because of BTS, but they have a totally different sound. I am not a MOA, but I enjoy a lot of Txt songs, it's fresh, sometimes rockish. They have matured and grow a lot since their debut, I was happy to see them at Lollapalooza the day before J Hope, but Loser/Lover and Love song are still my fav Lol ! Oh, and for your challenge, Roscoe, sorry : there is NO westerner video that can compete with Kpop video , since MJ ! But I have to say that in France (my country) and Belgium, some artists have amazing/original/artistic MV : like Stromae specially with Papaouté, quite weird but unique; Mylène Farmer : Pourvu qu'elle soit douce is like an historic movie ; Indila with Douce france, is beautiful too. Poetic, better than most american MV wich have more money than imagination (sorry , but not sorry to be chauvinistic Lol ) but nothing to compare with the strong visual effect that is a characteristic of Kpop.
