I have never had a health issue after eating food there. Im sure if the inspector came to any of our houses we would have violations too. Mike, you keep on doing your thing.

Haha lol Are you stupid? There's a difference between selling food from a commercial kitchen and a kitchen at home. You can't sell food out of a kitchen at home. There's a lot of things you need to do correctly, if you want to sell food out of a commercial kitchen, and keeping food hot is one of them. If you don't maintain a proper food temperature, people can get sick. Food borne illness causes several hundred deaths a year, and thousands of people get sick, because of ass-holes who can't maintain the proper temperature of their food.

Temperature control is a tough one to maintain to the standards. It's also the most important because it can cause sickness to many people at the same feeding time. If your restaurant is going to make people throw up sick, it's best to try and time so when they do start the projectile vomiting, they're out of the restaurant. Just kidding! Calm down.

you see that short lady there in the video at 1:06 shes worked there since i was a kid they treat people like family you can see the people she interview are like omg there gonna close this place because of some lady needing a news story wow get to know the people there they are amazing people

You're an idiot. If the food isn't maintained at a proper temperature, people can get sick. If meat is stored above 40 degrees, people can get sick. If soup is below 212 degrees, people can get sick.
