His reaction was spot on. He was being targeted and harassed. The original inspector is prolly taking bribe money from the competition. Also, you cant shut down a business for having to flies flying around the bldg. Almost all bars have fruit fly problems.

I think somebody just didnt like the last guy, his restaurant was impeccable. And he didnt respond like he had anything to hide nor skip a beat or stutter.
Jules got burned, the inspector needs disciplinary action, such as demotion. 5 days can put you out of business. If a customer drives 15 minutes to get to a restaurant and it's closed, they never come back.
Seems like a certain 'Inspector' wasn't allowed to eat free food when he/she wanted or some little financial 'handout'. NO? OK. I'LL SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!
That last place looks like the inspector wanted the wheels greased. These inspectors know they have the power to shut a place down, extortion is an easy avenue for them.
This restaurant looked very clean. There's a lot of them that aren't. Years ago I worked in restaurants where food was dropped on the floor and picked up and served, cooks standing over the food and sweat dripping into the food, out of date food being used. I worked one place where a worker cut his hand and mixed the blood up in the food.
Ngl, I'm extremely happy WPLG helped the Haitian get his business back open! I hope the inspector got fired by now. She was all the way wrong for shutting this man down.

it is said as QWEE NOAH pays to says things correctly really does . I like Local 10 Dirty Dining , these owners have more denials than an addict . It is there in evidence in black and white in print . I think Prestige Bakery was given a bad run , I can see they made an effort to comply and clean their establishment . That is a first for a restaurant or bakery owner to say they are happy to see Local 10 Dirty Dining
That Haitian owner was smart. He did what is printed on some t-shirts people are wearing. "Make no admissions. Deny everything. And make counter accusations". He admitted nothing. Denied having a dirty restaurant. And made a counter accusation that the inspector flunked him in retaliation for his attitude. If someone accuses you of something don't just deny it but accuse them of something too. That turns the tables.
I am a master chef and I have worked at a lot of restaurants and I'm here to tell you before you eat in any restaurant. Go to the restroom if it's not clean, and they've got a lot of stuff, and then they make a smell good, that's not a place you want to eat. Also, you should check every time any place where you buy coffee. See if you can see the coffee pots if they're not. Since the Muslims made out of glass, it should be sparkling. It's those coffee where they make the coffee, is that the? The coffee class is brown, don't drink coffee there😊
I eat at home. No guessing how clean things are. I saw someone drop a pizza on the floor and served it. I ran out before I got my pizza. Also, dirty aprons worn over again. Many times people handle food without gloves. Butchers wipe their hands on dirty aprons. I've seen it. Changing dates on expired foods big right now. Eat home, cleaner, cheaper, healthier.
This is the exact opposite of what happened on a video I just watched. A restaurant with an A grade had live rats running in the kitchen caught on employee camera. Scary that it was allowed to be open.
Most places are dirty and don't follow regulations, But they get a visit or 2 a year and the inspectors can't just walk in so they get a minute or 2 to tidy up.
