Try giving Gretta Van Fleet and Liliac a listen also. Liliac has great covers and their own stuff is fantastic. Hope is not lost musicians are realizing this style can't die.

Same! I’ll be 54 in two weeks. I saw these guys in Birmingham, AL when they toured with Alter Bridge and Skillet. Loved them! I’m a very big fan and follower now.

I am 57 years old and I remember this kind of music. For me it never went away because classic rock and all kinds of good ole rock and roll is all I listen to. But for younger generations... thank God they can have you guys to listen to. They need to experience this kind of music firsthand like we did. Sounds great!!!! Serious talent guys.

You broke the streak. I have not liked a new band for YEARS. You have a fan who was raized on 70s/80s rock n roll and wouldn't settle for talentless wannabes. You guys kick some serious a$$! I'm right there with you. We were lucky enough to grow up and come of age when there was a ton of good music coming out, and we were spoiled in that regard. That makes us pretty tough customers for new bands, so when we say someone like Dirty Honey has got the goods, we really mean it. Wishing these guys all the success in the world.

Growing up with parents that took me to see stones, black crowes, GNR I am so excited to see a band bringing real rock n roll back with a touch of that grit. Can't wait to see how this band grows. I feel they could be really awesome. Stay away from commercial radio crap, stick to rock roots and these songs could be next level. I do love this song tho.

@@mikel465 Not many bands from "80s hair" had soulful style singers. Certainly a few,..Eric Martin of Mr. Big,..Anthony Corder of Tora Tora are definitely a couple of examples. I think your just making that connection mostly from the vocal range this guy has. This sounds more like those two that I mentioned or even The Black Crowes.

Sixty two, here. I love this band, and have seen them live, twice. It is always encouraging to see all the different ages in the audience! Along with this band, I'll recommend Blacktop Mojo, Dorothy, Goodbye June, Joyous Wolf, South of Eden, Shaman's Harvest, Marcus King, Mac Saturn, and Tyler Bryant and the Shakedown . That last band features the son of Brad Whitford, from Aerosmith.
