I can't put my finger on it, but there's something about The Dirty Three that is just so gloriously Australian!

I'll always remember watching this on Recovery, first time I fell in love with Dirty Three..

I remember watching this live that morning and being absolutely transfixed. Went out and bought the album later that day.

One of the best pieces of music ever recorded sitting at 1,200 views on youtube. Incredible

Sadly they don't make them like this anymore. The poets of the world are going into the night. Enjoy them while they are still hear cause it might be a very long time before they come again.
