My brother filmed this. He brought it home and even as a skateboarder I watched it religiously. The quality transcended disciplines. Total classic, Love it!

As kids this was my mates and my bread and butter for many years. Would watch only a few seconds, get soooo excited to learn, we would hop on our bikes, try, fail,try more....return to this video...repeat for years. Thank you for the Share - my VHS version is looong gone

This inspired me back then, I built a saracen kili pro easton frame up with pace rigid fork, 8 speed LX groupset, hope mavic wheels, v-brakes, flite ti saddle, DMR pedals. Used to tear around doing (not that impressive) tricks and loved it

Nice! I started out into dirt jumping so I had a DMR Trailstar I converted into a trials bike which was way too heavy for my skinny little body but I didn't care because I loved the looks so much haha. I guess Eddie Tongue was riding a Pashley which was also Reynolds Steel but he was probably a lot stronger than me.

@@sonnyvarioni1654 I remember the DMR Trailstar, steel is real! Also remember hankering after the likes of a Pace RC100 carbon sus fork, a Cannondale with a fatty rigid fork, magura hydraulic rim brakes, ceramic coated mavic rims, x-lite titanium bolts etc. I remember Pashley trials frames aswell, a friend in college had one, his wheelset had a shimano silent freehub on the rear, possibly a Hope on the front and of course magura rim brakes. They used to pour coca cola on the rims and tires for extra sticky grip haha

Avengers of MTB-Trials! Thanks for sharing. Still can be found under "Tricks&Stunts" with working audio. I own the replica of the blue 14.5 Zaskar LE with some detail improvements (Hügis!) and enjoy riding it so much. Grüße aus der Nähe der alten Heimat in BW an Mr. Hans "No Way" Rey!! und natürlich speziell an Martyn! den alten Haudegen.

This bring me back :-). You wouldn't happen to have a copy of Chainspotting to put up too? Probably the best MTB video of the 90s. From before trials, XC and DH had completely split.

Classic!! Loved it back in the day and pleased it’s available to view, but… The sound cuts out on Martin and Martyn’s Masterclass (18:25) and doesn’t come back? 😕
