I agree with you, but the intimate pictorial evidence against the young man tilted heavily against him. Perhaps the seminary authorities could have gone an extra mile in running a medical test to determine if the case of abortion was true. Unfortunately, this does not usually happen. Cases of abortion against seminarians are always grave, especially when pictorial evidence is tendered. However, this girl's confession to the seminary authorities will help them handle such cases better in the future.
