Why there is background music?

Why is the music so loud?😮

This background music is very distracting and disturbing.

This might seem simplistic, but isn't the idea of Free Will both necessary for the Lila/play as well as the cause of evil? We have the choice for evil and when we choose it, we cause suffering (not God). If God were to withhold free will then we would be merely puppets and have no choice for anything.
