Woman entrepreneur with disability overcomes stigma and carves out a livelihood in Cambodia 

Ou Sokphanna, a small business owner from Siem Reap province in Cambodia, is supported to overcome indebtedness, manage her finances and grow her business through local NGO, Vulnerability and Iliteracy Reduction (VIR), in partnership with ESCAP's Catalyzing Women's Entrepreneurship programme.
