When the fixture list came out, this very scenario was always a distinct possibility. The team has more than enough to be okay come christmas, there is however one elephant in the room... the infamous, time tested, lets give it them Wolves fan. For a decade he sucked the life out of some great teams in the Championship, had his fill on international managers even, none of them good enough for his 'babies', the real threat to our well being is OURSELVES. I was so proud today to hear the team and manager being backed so well by the majority, the reaction at the whistle proving we are in this together, from our captain to the terrace. Of course I'm worried , the table does not lie after ten games for sure, but my eyes do not lie, we are a descent team that will turn the corner BUT only if we do not kill confidence from within. I'm old and ugly enough to understand the nature of social media, but I do hope enough pragmatic people keep the calm for the next couple of months - come December we can take stock. Up the Wolves!

Fabio destroyed Lages career (and Nunos)😂 Despite not getting the best results, I think it's important to reckon we've played against the best teams. The results against Brighton and Villa were disappointing though.

Wasn’t the thrashing I expected, we played well first hf and contained them by pushing forward. I thought the makeshift defence played well enough apart from the goal. Got level from Larsons persistence and Forbes aggression with RAN following up. Semedo fell into the trap and gave them an easy pen and we never looked like getting back into the game. A common theme in our games when Larson goes off we lose our way. Forbes need to be starting he’s quick and gives defenders something to think about and R Gomes would give us an outlet on the right. Hwang was on the pitch and touched the ball once in over 20 mins somethings gone wrong there. Andre was outstanding again, but looked frustrated more than once when he played back as there was no out ball.. At one point the amount of passing around the defence was getting ridiculous , glad Johnstone “ who I thought played well “took it on himself to start playing the ball longer as he saw they had run out of ideas, Overall not a bad performance without really carrying any serious threat going forward.
I'm sorry but Liverpool didn't turn up today and wolves had a chance to get something but we just aren't good enough to play the way this man wants us to play. We have some really good players but there's definitely a lack of experience and the players don't look happy.
Life in the Prem is harsh and while I was willing to give Gary the opportunity to get established , the truth is , tactically and in key areas of the pitch we are not good enough. The record being compiled is one of failure . Yes there are periods where we look to threaten but we carry no punch and have a failure to compete defensively. There is no reason to believe that things are going to change. Of all people Semedo should understand that Jota should not be touched in the penalty area - he was manhandled unnecessarily and Jota will go the ground when given the opportunity. That came barely 40 seconds after we got our goal!!! Johnstone is clearly inferior even to Sa who isn’t good enough either!!!
wish we would stop trying to play out from the back, we are not good enough it's embarassing, lost faith in GON tactics and team selection, why would you take Larson off and stick useless Hwang on when he could have put Guedes or Sarabia on instead, hope we can turn it around because we do have quality players, on a positive note thought we would get thrashed today was expecting a 4 niller, but if it hadn't been for Semedo giving away a stupid penalty we would have come away with a point, anyway always Wolves
