Oh man the wasps suck to not be able to use the balcony. Not fair at all! Especially if allergic to them. Not room is worth dying over. They need to call pest control. Bathroom door handles falling off and doors not locking properly. Do they not have a maintenance department? What a mess. I would've asked for my money back and went someplace else. Or asked of a massive discount. Well this is one place we will never stay at. Thanks for the honest review, we need more videos like this. Not trashing places but honest reviews
Wow that view is beautiful so sorry about the wasps. I would definitely ask for another room because being able to use that balcony is part of the stay. The vents and broken door is surprising considering that’s an easy fix, looks like they aren’t paying attention to the details. You paid too much not to have everything expected. I am glad you sent an email and dm so hopefully they follow up. I would have changed rooms right when I saw the wasps, hope it didn’t ruin your trip!
The view from the balcony was amazing, but finding wasps was not pleasant. Also when things fall apart, they should pay more attention to those little things that damage their reputation, and are quite easy to fix.

Wow! Definitely not $500 worthy if you cannot even go out on the balcony and enjoy! I mean the handles falling off, not locking, vents wanting to fall down, I would have been raising cane all over that place 😂😂 The pool area was nice. The construction is a bummer but hopefully that gets completed soon. The hospitality is certainly lacking there. They need an exterminator and maintenance person ASAP!! It is a gorgeous view though!!!!
That’s a bummer guys and bad service too….we just had a huge wasp nest on our house we had to take care of and it stinks…. customer service seems to be hit or miss these days. Sometimes it’s really great and sometimes it’s just unbelievable but letting people know it’s key because if someone’s business gets affected, they have a tendency to pay more attention to it which they should in the first place.
Oh wow that’s so terrible! I would definitely ask to be moved to another room. If they aren’t willing to make any arrangements for you, I would definitely follow up with a phone call or email to their corporate office. This is not what to experience with spending that much money for the room each night. So sorry you had to experience that!!
Wasps are not a joke, bathroom door handle falling off and door not closing properly that very disappointing. I hope you got discount. Thank you for the honest review 👍
Oh hell no man. If it is there, that means their nests are near your place. That is so dangerous and the door handle fell off. What kind of rinky dink place is this? DANG! LOL. Thanks for showing it. LIKE 22. 👍👍👍
Very disappointing! I hope they refund you or at least comp you a future stay for the inconvenience. You paid for a room specifically with a balcony so you could sit out & relax & enjoy great views of the city and beach, yet you weren't able to do that 😕 The hotel should have warned you during booking, or made it right after check in. But doing nothing at all is really bad look for them! Hopefully we'll get an update from you saying eventually they made things right. But until then... count me out of booking at that hotel!
