@@이민용-d7q 때론...시청자분이 요청하는 것을 기억하고 있다가...올려드리기도 합니다. 다만... 이 촬영은... 계획하고 찍는 것이 아니고... 센타에 카메라멘이 가서..놀다가... 수리를 위해 방문하는 무작위 오토바이들 중에...현장에서 바로 즉흥적으로 찍는 것들입니다. 우리가 어떤 것을 원한다고, 그 오토바이가 방문을 하는 것이 아니기에... 시청자가 요청하시는 것을 기억 하고 있다가...찍으려고 노력은 합니다.😄

@@이민용-d7q 최근에 보기 힘든 오토바이들이네요... 이 모델들은 센타에 방문 하면 무조건 찍을 겁니다. 보기 힘든 것들은 일단 찍고봐야 하기에 ㅎㅎㅎ

저도 무던한 성격이라 그냥 타는스타일인데...ㅎㅎㅎ 하지만 방문 하는손님 몇몇을 보니... 엄청 예민한 사람들이 많더라구요 작은 소리뿐만이 아니고, 조금거슬리는것을 못보는 분들이....센터 사장은 안해도 된다는데...자꾸 돈을들이고 멀정한 부속도 바꾸는 부자들도 있습니다,..

@@MotorcycleRepair ㅎㅎ 죄송합니다 제가 그렇더라구요 아무래도 업으로 타다보니 하루종일 그런소음에 시달려서 그러는거같습니다 xmax는 구동계 소음이 좀 덜하다고해서 기변할까 고민중입니다

다소 소리가 큰것을 좋아 하는 이들이 종종있습니다. 다행이 최근엔 머플러 교체를 하려면 구조 변경 승인을 받아야 하기에...예전처럼 무식하 사운드가 큰 머플러는 장착하지 못하게 되었죠😀

Could it be the top cover/fan of the vario is scratching on the housing when at full rpm (when vario weights are fully out)?

@@Martin4o72 Normally, the fan pulley doesn't move, in or out, but only rotates. The other pulley with the weights/ rollers is the one pushed. The mechanic didn't mention anything, but I suspect the smartass owner who put all that bling, bling on the bike, stick his nose to the variator, attempting to do more ”tuning” on the bike. Probably, saw this kind of job is beyond his capabilities, and put all back together, but slightly f--ked up mounting the pulley, didn't tighten its bolt correctly and enough and it is possible that the fan came in contact with the casing., causing those marks, vibrations and noise. Then he went to workshop, probably whining. I am not sure, but the scooter might be still in warranty, and this repair workshop does make repairs under warranty. The owner maybe thought if there are parts he might damaged, he could have them replaced under warranty. But, these are only my suppositions. To me it seemed the mechanic unscrewed both the variator bolt and the clutch nut too easy with that impact drive machine, which may be a clue.

We don't know anything about this Autoboy because the model you mentioned is not officially sold here in Korea.

aynı durumdan ben de muzdaribim. Dış koruma muhafazası içi geniş yani büyüğe göre 350liklerin arka varyatörüne göre üretilmiş ama iç tas büyük. Çok büyük ihtimalle uygun gibi görünüyor. Siz denediniz mi?

@@78engintekin Hayır hocam daha denemedim. Dediğiniz gibi bencede 350 adv'nin varyatör ve debriyaj uyumludur diye düşünüyorum. Advler daha yeni olduğu için herhangi bir motorcu da varyatör bakımı yaptıran daha yok denk gelirse deneyeceğim.

Die Ursache für das seltsame Geräusch war... Die Schraube, die Motor und Schalldämpfer verbindet, war locker. Ich habe diese Schraube festgezogen und das Problem war gelöst.

볼트요? 어떤 볼트를 말씀하시는건지..모르겠습니다. 혹..클러치 아우터에 있는너트를 말씀하시는 것인가요? 이 너트는 내경 14mm 니까..19mm 소켓을 사용하면 될것입니다.

간단하게는 ...클러치 조절로 해결이 될 수도 있습니다만..최악으로는 미션을 수리해야 할 수도 있습니다. 그리고 스타터는 내부 기어를 한번 살펴 보아야 할듯보입니다.

have 75000km on my sh300i, change belt 3 times and the clutch once. Never used torq wrench nor loctite and works better than when was honda doing the service...
