Disassembling CSH6553-50-40p Bitzer screw compressor (OVERHAULING) After venting compressor open suction and discharge service valves
Remove check valve complete
Drain oil by opening sealing plug in suction, filter and discharge side
Remove suction side housing cover and suction side gas filter
Remove suction gas filter
Open sealing screw and remove parallel pin
Remove terminal plate
Remove winding
Open grooved nut by special tools
Remove rotor
Remove discharge cover
Remove oil pressure switches
Remove oil filter complete
Open hexagon head screw (sliding piston keeper)
Remove piston from cylinder
Open piston rod
Remove discharge temperature sensor
Pull out rotors from bearing and flange
