Meg, I hear you about needing repairs while on the road. It sucks cuz it messes with time available to do all the things you want to do. My first time at Sturgis my head pipe cracked just outside the rear cylinder. Black Hills H-D wanted $1200 to replace the head pipes. A Vance & Hines rep was there and he said he could get my head pipes replaced within the hour for $400. Switched from stock to True Duels. I have been a loyal V&H person ever since. Glad the dealership got you in and you two were able to get it resolved. Thank you for another fun video

We went last year and parked in a lot just up from the Weirs beach sign. They invited us for ribs and a couple wobbly pops. They guy was saying "This is what bike week is about, not all that commercial shit". Auburn Harley? Sheldons? Thats my neck of the woods.
Drained fluids, adjusted it 🤷♀️ they said they think something behind the clutch that spins the wheel is slightly off kilter and keeps wearing them unevenly. It didn’t slip after that and we made it home but I’m having it looked at.

I used to wear a Chinese plastic Armored Mesh skateboard shirt. I could get a sun tan under it. When I hit a Deer at 55 MPH and took a slide down the road it got all ripped up. Now I have a Knox Armored mesh shirt with anti abrasion mesh.. but the holes are so small I don't get much tan.
