SO today we found a major messup that happened during our renovation. The contractor blames the plumber and the plumber blames the contractor. Nobody hooked up the tub to the plumbing over a year and a half ago..... So we have a major mess on our hands

For that duplex that you invested in that didn't really go your way how did you save up that money, I am a senior in high school and really interested in real estate but I am scared to get right into it, obviously you need to save a decent amount of money for the initial down payment and expenses but I don;t know if I should go to college and maybe get into real estate later or just start working and save up money for real estate and get into it right away, what advice would you give me ?
