How many minutes did you use the heat gun to remove the rear trunk emblum?

What tape did you use to mask off the grille? And also did you use trash bags to cover the rest of the front?

Yup, fishing line was def used on mine. Nice job on painting the dark chrome black. Dip you use plastic dip or paint?

Good way to get the Badge off is use clay lube and your teeth floss as it has a wax so your not marring the paint, spray the lube and warm the badge not to crazzy hot and saw the goo as you pull it out and away from the car so as not to touch the paint nice and slow :). That front bumper is easy to come off and repaint or you could order a new one from KIA if its cheaper than a respray.

The shifter cover is kinda pointless unless you're doing other bits in the interior in that same finish.
