Hi back! Yes, I do think the garden is doing pretty well for second year. Thre tent? I knew better. But we needed to reorganize the beast

Thank you for watching and kind words. I hope that I can help others, as well as learn new things by doing! I'll be truthful when things go bad as well, like my cement sheets over conduit dome!

Cinder blocks and cattle panel. I'm thinking greenhouse or pig pen.

Close. Lol. It will be my temporary shop and eventually house all our garden tools! It will be on blocks and staked into the ground, because if wind, but moveable later to a better location.

Tom wants to know if you know about Seed Bank in Decorah Iowa? Interesting place - google it. Is the Indian corn just for decoration? Surprised at all the pumpkins as dry as it is. Good job watering. Tom thinks a beehive is in order....

Hi Vonice. We didn't know. We'll have to check it out. We have three kinds of corn, all grain. You grind it into a corn flour.

Found you through Living Free. You have a great looking garden. Something we are slowly working towards ourselves. Really interested how your root cellar gets built. It is another project we have going. Noticed your unmentionable plants are scattered throughout the garden. Does that provide some benefit to the garden over planting them all together?

Hi and welcome! Thank you. I wanted to get a video before Judy started transitioning to the fall garden. I believe the positioning of the unmentionable was mostly to keep them separated until we're knew the sex as we wanted to carefully pollinate and we have 2 varieties. Our first root cellar will be very simple just to get it now. 5 foot wide, 10 foot long, using a small tractor, then covered with beams and dirt. Our eventual one will be larger, round, using earthbags. We got the hole dug and then surveyed, (mistake) and found it was in the easement. So a new one will need to be done. Oy vea. Lol
