+darknessviking I respect your opinion, however as an owner of 4 happy cats in my house, i think that cartoons gags should not be taken seriously. Reality and fiction needs to be separted because no one is promoting violence here, just like the hunter from bugs bunny doesn't promote killing rabbits..
I actually saw a moving car in game. In alley is a gate with a code (that leads to flat for cloak n Dagger mission) to the right in the gated square is a gap between 2 buildings and a fence. I grabbed dumpster, put it @ fence jumped onto an external air vent. unfortunately you can't jump the fence (invisible wall) but there are cars driving on the road there.
@@aligenderuwo6471 the first area night time, you need to get code for a gate. Opposite is a basketball court with some goons and a lock up with some excellent weapons.
Heck you hurt people/animals by JUMPING on them. I felt like Mario! Until I realized they were dead... Then I would reload and continue with my non-lethal walkthrough.

They need to bring this game to the PlayStation 4 and XBOX ONE with the following gameplay enhancements: -all the features of the Director's Cut -native 1080p -60fps -improved New Game Plus (weapon upgrades carry over, inventory carry over, and etc) -level select -better achievement/trophy tracking Anyone else agree?

The cat scene was hilarious, but I doubt a simple jail cell would be enough to hold Jensen. He would probably have to be frozen or have all his augs taken out.
In the Missing Link DLC when he gets captured they hook him up to some kind of EMP machine that disables all his augs, so that's probably the standard method.

It's ironic that a character said "you have to speak louder in the microphone" because half the time the music drowns out the voice acting and the other half of the time, although the sound of the impersonations are okay, the accent is unintelligible. Even, sometimes, the way things are worded, they're not the way a native English speaker would phrase things. So subtitles are needed in order to get the joke. but it's not funny because you had to rewind three times and turn subtitles to understand a joke that's not even phrased as it should be in Emglish. It would be, if native English speakers spoke that way. Even Pritchard doesn't know how to pronounce "secretary" The animation work is actually pretty good though.

Oil industries collapsed but cars still exist. You can see electric car fuelling outlets in Detroid and if you look though the bars of the blocked tunnel, you can see cars driving by.
