They likely are using "buttonfacade" which is a button/icon skinning addon. Nowadays "Masque" addon does the same. But is updated. But you just download different skins, and some are shadowy looking.
Hey, I get that you commented quite some time ago, but regardless in case you haven't found it yet or in hopes of being useful to someone else, that's actually just an setting for gladius. You can choose to display it next to the left or right side of gladius just like with the DRs. I'm very much confident it's not an gladius "add-on", only remember installing gladius by itself each time and always having it available. So yeah, just look around the options.

lol homerjay didnt quit he was suspended. He's back now and while he was banned he was playing on a alt hunter. But yeah some of clips are old like some of 2v2 matchups with my bigger ui but everything else is relevant
