Discharge of steel coils at Barcelona port / Marine Surveyors Barcelona 

How come there when four coils of steel at the stage end all the time couldn't the gang get in tune if I was the foreman on the job there wouldn't be there

Nobody is wearing helmets? Not the inspectors and surveyors... not even the Dockers inside the hold! Safety First.
