Multidisciplinary can be defined as experts from different fields work on common subject within the boundaries of their own discipline. For example : In health scientists teams are often composed of a variety of experts such that team members work in parallel but remain within their own discipline with limited or no interaction between each other. The team will attack a common probelm from different perspectives.
