God knows the body and mind gets weary. I needed this thank you! I have so many goals that I have not reached because of past hurts and pains. Demons that have plagued me things that others have inflicted on me. I needed this though. I can’t continue to carry this load. I am letting my rape experience control my life. I have never ever admitted this in public but this video inspired me to work harder at what is important to me. Work harder In therapy. My aunt and uncle said I would go crazy because I was studying on holiday, I was studying everyday in the hotel room, I didn't go partying nor consumed alcohol they thought I was crazy. First. It’s 3am exact and I’m up trying figure my life out. No time to sleep or chill

I am so tired of being disappointed in myself .. letting myself down .. blaming the past for my present... Blaming my parents for my behavior... Blaming women when relationships don't work. I used substances as a crutch ... Not to numb , not to forget ... But so I had an excuse as to why my life hasn't become what I have the skill and knowledge to make it... I'm 43... I've always known I was the cause of my issues , but boy am I good at placing blame... I've managed to eek out a decent life ... I raise my kids well, I preach all the right things to my kids , I push them , they excel at everything... But I can see it in their eyes , that they know it's "do as I say not as I do" . I've told them how to be successful, I've told them how to take care of their body , I've preached to them the dangers of bad decisions... It's time I actually show them... I am going to show them, and maybe one day they will remember the day I started practicing what I preach. Thank you for this video
