@J05077 it's not really about prayer or not reading Quran frequently (alhamdulillah). It's just mostly about me obsessing about how I need to do better and better and better or Allah won't forgive me. And yes, I *know* He's the most merciful, but yall would understand how it feels to get upset over how you are being a moqassir (a negligent muslim) even over the smallest of mistakes. May Allah grant us all peace of mind and comfort while mentioning Him.
How am I 25 getting guidance and motivation from a 17 year old 😭 I gotta get my life in order But seriously, you seem very humble and incredibly smart and self aware for your age. I’m sure you’ll do very well in life and reap great benefits if you stay on this path and keep growing and learning.
Because our generation didn't have any sort of self-improvement content being promoted online. All we saw was garbage and degeneracy. I'm 27 but stopped feeling guilty because we got brainwashed and I am happy the younger generation is taking Deen more seriously. Don't feel guilty, ask Allah for forgiveness and keep moving on!

I'm a 30 year old revert as of the last 2 weeks and Akhi at 17 you have wisdom far beyond your years. What a beautiful video. I've learned and implemented a lot of these tasks over the last few years but especially in this last year on my way to finding Islam and you've summarized key points perfectly. I can only imagine what heights Allah (swt) will elevate you to by the time you reach my age. I have been so focused on my Deen that the best part is I really don't have time to sin between prayers because the motivation is there to keep on the straight path. The feeling of realizing that I'm well on my way memorizing the Salah so quickly brings tears to my eyes during Salah when I realize I don't even need to listen to the guide videos most of the time. Your tips on timing your activities and tweaking them is a huge one and it's something I had learned and implemented in the last year. It's amazing how clear it becomes that you are wasting time when you are actually running a clock during your activities. I think one of the greatest things Islam teaches is proper accountability for all of your actions. It more than motivation enough for me to avoid sin if it means I'm not going to have to repent because I gave in and that in itself is rewarding because Allah (swt) can see that you strive in Jihad to stay on the straight path and not sin or waste time. It's doubly rewarding both in the dunya and the akirah. Our Prophet Muhammad (saw) has mentioned (summarized since I am far from a scholar) that once your develop a plan you must move forward with it. It's so easy so get stuck in a state of inaction and the only solution is to...take action. Just to take that first step forward the "mountain" in front of you that seemed insurmountable suddenly feels like a mole hill once you pick up steam and momentum. Jazakallahu Khairan ahki I hope the algorithm helps bring your videos to the ummah as many more young folks would benefit from your sound advice. May Allah (swt) grant us ease in escaping the whispers of the shaytaan and remain steadfast on the deen.

Edit: I originally said aim for 9 hours of sleep but generally some people can get on fine with less however I'd say if you're in the gym and aiming to boost your testosterone then 9 hours would be good.
@yesyoudie Just start praying (salat) and then, God willing, you will put your life in order and then you will try to get closer to God. In fact, neglecting the five daily prayers is worse than the major sins, brother, or sister so be careful, may God help you

Allahumabarik beautiful advices, I suggest you to change the cable of the mic if you are using a usb because its making a noise probably because it has a cut somewhere and if that doesn't work add denoise effect if you are using premiere pro
I am 17 too and thankyou so much i literally was just thinking askin Allah to tell me how do i become consistent and how do i get closer to him,i literally just wanted a way to become consistent and the next thing i saw is this video i really hope i follow these tips.
