A fun, simple disco dance workout to the smash hit by the Trammps - Disco Inferno. Filmed at the Picturesque Adelaide Oval, the dance is in mirror mode so you can copy the steps like you are looking in the mirror. Thanks to Cate and Phoebe for adding a touch of class.

I'm not a dancer's glittery bootlace, but I'm one of those men who live into their 50's regretting deeply that I never learned how to take part in such a physically joyful thing. Thank you Peter, you have a new fan. Wonderful to watch and, don't tell anyone, I will clear a space in my home for next time...

Bloody marvellous! 👍💃🕺 Love the energy! Gosh, there's nothing like a disco tune to get the body up and dancing! Like someone else mentioned here, i came across your nutbush tutorial only recently and now I fit it into my day somewhere for some 'bring it on, smile, groove time'...love it! You wouldn't be interested in a weekend away to a small Victorian country town for some lessons in a small country hall would you! Bit of a bring the farming community together for some dancing fun!? Keep up the good work Peter.

Hi Rachell - thanks so much for your positive feedback - I really appreciate it. I'll be honest - I am flat out at work and wont get it done in time! My next one is going to be The Hustle ( as seen in Saturday night fever) and then probably Boogie Wonderland which I think is EW&Fire's best song! But I'll add September to the list - Dance on!! Especially at work 😄
