Good video and you rocked that tough looking trail with a pack weighing almost 50 pounds! I also watched your Frontenac videos....how do you compare the western uplands to the trails at Frontenac and which trails do you think you prefer and why? Just the trail systrms beteeen each park, as i know Frontenac has mostly clustered sites and convienant campsite luxeries such as food storage lockers and picnic tables and Algonquin had none of that with all single sites.

thanks so much, I found the terrain of the trails in Algonquin to far more challenging than Fronetenac for sure! I am fine to camp without a food box, but the availability of a thunderbox makes "things" so mure more convenient LOL For what I need, I don't like cluster sites, I don't hike that far into the bush to have people so close to me, LOL thats why I picked Little Hardy over Maggie or Maple leaf Lakes

That is beautiful, I can almost smell the air and feel the atmosphere, so serene. Did a portage there once. We were so tired by the time we found the camp site and it was pitch dark. We pitched the tent and immediately went to sleep. When we woke up we found that we had pitched the tend on the side of a hill. Luckily we slept with our heads up and our feet down, lol.

Wow Dave, what a fantastic campsite. What a beautiful lake view. So lucky you found that waterfall. So cool, i love waterfalls. Your food sure looked yummy.
