Son Vida is one of Mallorca's most desirable residential districts, lying just outside Palma. It is an affluent and sophisticated part of the island that sits elevated and provides mesmerizing views of the city, surrounding countryside, and the beautiful Bay of Palma.
The Biniatro house is located in Son Vida and is a reflection of its surroundings. This breathtaking property features open-air architecture that allows it to blend in with and interact with nature. It is bordered by views of the sea and hilly areas, so the interior designers sought to incorporate some of these aspects into this project to give it a contemporary look while also evoking mediterranean charm.
This five-bedroom house sits on an 800-square-meter lot and makes use of the entire property. The nature, light, shadows, and persistent sound of the Mediterranean cicadas during the summer months form the project's core ingredients.
