This was another awesome tour. Thank you for sharing it. I believe that we will get into double digits before anything gets better. Santa Barbara is a wealthy place but this economy in general is going to get so bad and then worse. We are in a recession no matter what anyone says and it will eventually turn into a terrible depression! The wealthy will pretty much always be wealthy but the middle class is going to hurt. Going to the digital dollar and Brix is really going to change things. I’ll be waiting for the crash before I invest in anything new. Thank you for the time you put into all of your videos. Thank you so much for watching and continuing to engage with my contact my friend. I tend to agree. It seems like things might be going to get crazy here soon. I’m concerned about our community in about 8 to 10 years when the service providers who retire don’t have anybody to replace them. we’re gonna run out of nurses, bus, drivers, grocery store clerks, restaurant staff, hotel workers and others positions that you can’t afford to live here and provide labor in these sectors. Interesting times. ✌️

@@joesbparker -- Three days is a long time to go with only drinking one juice and water each day. It is interesting learning about the Santa Barbara area. That would be cool to live next to Kevin Coster. :) By the way, is Montecito safer now after the mudslides a few years ago?

@@scottprice8994 yes, a lot safer! There has been a lot of work on the creeks, new debris basins, steal nets, rebuilt bridges and drainage infrastructure. The hills have a lot of vegetation now especially after last withers rain fall.

@@joesbparker -- I would guess you lost 5 pounds. Is that correct? What are the taxes in California? I have read 1 percent property tax. If a house is $5 million, that would be $50,000 a year in property taxes. Is that right?

👎😑...the TOTAL lack of wide sidewalks & steep vertical landscape kills any desire to live in neighborhoods like this, regardless of views. One other trend I have constantly seen in your videos,, EVERYONE isolates there homes, high walls, high hedges, high fence,, no one ever meets a neighbor I guess. I always wondered what drives this California trend, is it the over crowding?

I feel like I have heard this complaint from you before. I suggest you consider The Mesa, San Roque, or Samarkand. Check out my 12 neighborhoods in Santa Barbara video. There is a ton of variety when it comes to neighborhoods to choose from in Santa Barbara. There truly is something for everyone, if you can afford it. 😉
