Not so many years ago this was farmland and country. The developers came in and built a community with everything available that you need conveniently located. It's a nice development, but way too many people for me!

Always had a chuckle at the expense of this town's name when we were working in Fredericksburg and flying into RVA. I think the algorithm is just programmed to mess with my brain now. Great RIP Danoooooo!!!!!!

It is too much traffic but it's still a pretty area. I don't drive but I ride spec-tran. What is the funny traffic light just before the section of Broad Street where ECPI is? I like that light but I don't know what it means. (Red and green only, both on at the same time, with no yellow.) Can someone satisfy my curiosity, please?

What is the meaning of the funny traffic light at the section of Broad Street where ECPI University is? It is red and green at the same time with no yellow. I don't drive but I ride spec-tran and I enjoy the scenery. That traffic light cracks me up every time.

I live in the country, can't see my neighbors. Short Pump is great and really nice if that's what you like. But I like my solitude! Thanks for the watch and comment!!!
