This man-made lake is approximately 26 miles long, 3 miles wide, and has an average depth of 54 feet. With 18,500 acres of water and a 300-mile shoreline, this lake offers gorgeous views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and endless adventures. Join us as we kayak the crystal-clear blue-green waters of Lake Keowee.

Nice to get out on the Kayaks again, especially on such a nice day, the weather looked amazing but I bet that water was still a bit chilly - very brave lol. What a gorgeous looking waterfall that was but ouch, that looked a painful slip :o(. Good to see you were okay and it did not spoil what looked like a real fun day out, take care, cheers Alan

Hi, Alan. Thank you so much for your time watching it. haha Yes, the water felt cooler than I anticipated...haha Oh..yes..it was boo boo...I fell on the rock. I save my face and cameras though. No bone fractures. hehe Look forward your next episode...Finally the UK got some heat???... Completing 10 mile kayaking for a day this past Monday under 80s worm me out. ..I will be away till the end of the week...cannot wait for your next hike...

I thought the rock looked like a giant shoe hanging off the edge. Quite the adventure and like big kids jumping off into the water but hey why not. A cracking waterfall and lovely day to be out on the kayaks 🙂
