Halling, Norway's acrobatic folk dance, has roots dating back to the 1650s, yet its resemblance to Scandinavian Bronze Age depictions of dance is uncanny. In today's tutorial, we delve into the intricacies of Myretrillkastet, a homage to the laws of nature such as gravity and centrifugal force.
