My grandpa made blackberry wine in 2015 before he passed. He and I both lamented at never writing down the recipe. Some of his wine-savvy friends wanted to buy more but he saved the rest. At least I know exactly where he picked those berries.

Such a beautiful process

This is one of a series of videos Michael spearheaded for the LCBO (Liquor Control Board Ontario) Michael is now retired but for those such as myself that work with and for him he is greatly missed. He brought great innovation to the LCBO way of teaching LCBO Product Consultants ( People with extra education and presentation skills) in the marketing and selling of beverage alcohol to the people of Ontario.

Wine is oxidize when filtering but you can minimize it by gassing your receiving vessel and hoses. Also wine is oxidize when opening a bbl...that`s why you top off a barrel after you open it

When wine of this mass scale is produced, there is no doubt that contamination or chemicals used to make sure it doesn't go off. I buy wine from smaller producers than large ones, because large ones keep getting bigger and killing small producers.

Love the video. Good work on making it. I learned something about making wine now that I wasn't sure about. It really is up to the person drinking it on what they prefer not what people say is good because of its price. I make homemade wine that to me taste better and is more clear then any I have had made and sold to public. So thank you for helping me this.

Install a bluebird nesting box. I've set up a bluebird trail where I live and have two successful seasons of new bluebird babies. They eat a stupendous amount of insects.

Can some please suggest me a variety of a grape that can survive extremely harsh climate conditions. In my country, which is Mongolia, in winter time temperature can go as low as -35C. On the other hand, in summer time temperature can be something like +40C. Also it is quite dry.
