I have had my eye on this machine for a few months. Waiting to see some things you do. I know they will be great. Right now I have the fusion Edge and it works great, however, I want to understand the 3D process on a Fiber laser. Show me some great things.
It has protections in place so when you open the door it no longer fires. I’m sure there’s ways to make it happen, but I would suggest talking to Epilog about that.
I’d have to find out from Epilog since this is a loaner. I think it’s in the $20-30K range for the 60 watt Mopa that I have. It could potentially replace a rotary engraver but it highly depends on what you’re trying to do with it.
