🌿✨ Generation Medicine: Bridging Generations for a Better Future 🌿✨
Hi! This is Phil Moore, and I'm thrilled to share with you the magic of our recent event during the solstice in 2024, called Gen. Med (Generational Medicine).
In this video, we delve into the essence of Generation Medicine, where we explored profound questions such as:
🌱 How do we bridge the divides between generations?
🌱 How do we invest in bonds that could last a long time?
🌱 How do we plant seeds for something new, rooted in ancient wisdom?
Over the course of four full days, we gathered people of all ages, many meeting for the first time, to create meaningful connections. Our groups ranged from intimate circles of 8-14 to a larger gathering of 60 during our "Generations Over Dinner" event.
One highlight was our Thoreau-inspired saunter to a forest school, where we embraced the natural world and the wisdom of play, guided by children. We experienced the joy of simple games, learned about interpersonal intelligence, and built bonds that transcended age.
In this video, you'll see us in the forest school, where diverse generations - from a pregnant member about to welcome new life to seniors and millennials - came together. The children taught us to smile, play, and explore with imagination, reminding us that mistakes are just steps in our journey.
Generation Medicine is an antidote to screens, loneliness, and the traumas of the pandemic. It's about connecting deeply with people of all generations and creating lasting, meaningful relationships.
