My friend’s husband used to camp and fish there. Then when fishing got hard for him, he started hunting for gold!! Interesting, you should look into it. Glad you’re enjoying the Land of Enchantment👍👏🙏♥️

IKR?!? We actually got to do that once on the Rio Grande River. They were jumping and pooling like that - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-nlRM_rZ-Xx0.html. At the marina, they had signs everywhere "no fishing" but they didn't say don't grab! LOLOL! 😂

It is very pretty there. It was mostly carp but there were some catfish in there too.

WOW! Beautiful area. The lake looks so good. I do the same with my fishing stuff every so often. Also, I hope you looked at the flies I made you. I'm not sure if I mashed the barbs or not. I saw the sign at 4:03. Don't want you to get in any trouble. have fun.

Thank you "fishindodo" (LOL!) but we fish where barbs are allowed. We bypass the river areas that are designated red or green chile waters. Plus those are only catch and release. 😘

Blue on blue views are just spectacular. Mom and I are pretending that we are with you! I'm from NY, not much concern for poisonous snakes here. Do you think about them often or worry about Bandit finding one and if so what do you do if a snake bite happened?

I've only seen 3 snakes in the 9 years I've been on the road fulltime. That includes on all our hikes and outings. We tend to leave an area before it gets too hot so that may be one reason why. However, a friend was bitten by a rattlesnake a few years ago. They went to the hospital right away and she recovered just fine. Here is what CDC says for symptoms and first aid - www.cdc.gov/niosh/topics/snakes/symptoms.html. I would also follow these same guidelines for Sami or Bandit. I always say that you need to know where the nearest emergency clinic is when camping - both for humans and pets. 👍🏼
