Parkhouse Hill and Chrome Hill are beautiful to hike. That drop-off from Parkhouse Hill is tough. Very steep, and the shale gives way under you. I got down and went to the right and lost my footing on that peat. Went down with a thud. New Subscriber, thanks for sharing.

Hi Phil this was fabulous thank you so much for adding our video to your description that one does need help, we loved this walk probably our favourite in the Peak District so far and we were super chuffed with our thumbnail but doesn’t seem to catch anyone’s attention 🤣 really lovely seeing this walk again and wow the light was incredible towards the end! Yes I did go down on my bum it is very steep and feel if you are already on your bum you don’t have far to fall 🤣 this really cheered us up after being set back this weekend as we both have covid and feel rotten! Glad the what 3 words helped 😉 Nicks comment maybe a little delayed as after all the premiers tonight his iPad as died but he too thoroughly enjoyed it! You are a star! You seem to be venturing up north more, you must let us know if you ever do the North Yorkshire area and we you if we are in your neck of the woods would be lovely to do a hike together and get some photography tips in person! Hi Phil hope you're well. What some absolutely stunning scenery, beautifully filmed i could have just sat on chrome Hill for hours just just looking at the view. That looked like hard work on some of those paths, but definitely worth the effort, and maybe a cold beer at the end. Best wishes stay safe Jon and Karen

This was really amazing Phil, such a great spot, so much character. Those lime stone rocks were so slippy. It really was sketchy, i came down on my bum for a part too! The light on your visit is incredible. It’s definitely a walk we would do again. Some world class photos these Phil. Very brave running over that instagram spot and it is that bit that reminds us of the Alps. We had wind on our visit too! Gosh the light gets better and better. Spectacular Phil!
