Is the Throttle response sluggish? I have 3 other E-Bikes and this one is the worst... 2 are almost 4 years old and are better with the Electric running gear that this thing so far. it eat batteries... 19 miles on first ride on a Full charge. and we are Flat as a table top here. the interface is undocumented too. Yours's must be a lot different than the one I have.
I'm a big guy too, 6'4" 230 the Physical bike is OK, the Throttle control is what I don't like, it can go Fast, it can't accelerate well via the Thumb Throttle. the Thumb Throttle is sluggish. same with the Ele Pedal response is sluggish too. It has some bazaar Cruise control too.. that just engages at times I think I have the Cruise control off now. ... direction- manual is the worst.
