Well done, but... Why did you leave out this is the historical area of Cape Coral with most of the BEST parks and tourist attractions? Four Mile Cove? SE Cape Coral is the original area with the best access to Ft. Myers and Sanibel Isle Gulf and the I-75 corridor. The rest of Cape Coral is a longer drive... This is important information that new residents might want to hear.
