I like it. While I was watching, though, it occurred to me to wonder, if you had cut the top off the base, would the hooded bit have fit down inside it? The width of them seems to match pretty well.
Thanks! While it is close the hood is too large to fit with the lip in place and too small to fit if the lip had been cut off. The base of the new hooded unit was almost dead on to fit on top of the lip. So gluing it on top was easy and worked very well. It does work well as I have a chance to really use it on an upcoming video project. RJ
