I think this is one of the funniest ideas ever and I can't believe it's the first time i've seen someone do a bit like this.

This is the dynamic I like, Rowman is still in charge but there are lots of moments where the team just works around him knowing they have the upper hand and they really just have to put up with this nonsense because its a job. It's very entertaining to watch! :)

Reading in your head is actually a relatively recent phenomenon in history. It's quite accepted today of course, but most of the time people used to read out loud. It's only since mass publication that reading is a more internal activity. Actually as late as a mere 1600 years ago it has been noted as quite the remarkable affair. In St. Augustines confessions it says: "But when Ambrose used to read, his eyes were drawn through the pages, while his heart searched for its meaning; however, his voice and tongue were quiet. Often when we were present-for anyone could approach him and it was not his habit that visitors be announced to him-we saw him reading in this fashion, silently and never otherwise."
