Great looking house, you guys are on the move. Some great relics. Miners tags might have my first this weekend LOL. Great lock, I like them also. I have found one harmonica with the wood, very cool. A honey hole in the dark. Keep diggin. Thanks for sharing.

How do you guys go about getting permission? I feel like ill get rejected because im digging holes on their grass, i can see woods ok

Every hunt we do is a permission. 2 or 3 of us will go to the door and introduce ourselves. We explain that we metal detect and we love history, and we look for old coins and relics on your property. Don't say dig,but cut a plug remove the object and replace the plug. Put a towel down for the dirt if you have to remove alot. Most people are friendly and interested in what you might find in their yards. Tell them you will show them everything you find.
