Why are you cranking so much. Not trying to be rude it was and amazing throw but it all should be in one motion. When you do it in one motion it doesn’t build up tension. But whenever your sitting there cranking it your building up tension and getting yourself out of a good throw. And also make sure after you launch it kick your back foot. See how you just stood there it stopped your motion turning completely after the throw increases your motion and give you a better chance for a farther throw
She should of done half spin, having he dominate foot in the middle and rotate with arm momentum, and planting the left foot in front for a better momentum
Draining out the energy by cranking much.. Though the equipment went a long distance, movement and the hand position is absolutely shabby 😢 Need improvement in technique..
I think u r little sluggish.U ve to b still active and fast to get range maximum.Make exercises to make ur shoulder strong to hurl wt.double that of ur discuss.
